Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Many of the people who use this site live where being known as LGBTIQ+ or affirming carries real risk. We collect as little about you as we can, and we keep it private.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Amplify Ministries, a sole proprietorship in Singapore, under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). When Amplify Asia Pacific Limited has been incorporated in Hong Kong, it will become the data controller under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), and this notice will be reissued in its name.

2. What we do not collect

  • We never require a legal name. Members are known by a display name they choose.
  • We never ask for or store sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • We never collect street addresses for individuals. The public directory shows a city at most, and no map pins.
  • We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only cookies are the ones the site needs to work.

3. How we use what you send us

When you send an enquiry, a volunteer offer or a request to join, we use your details ONLY for the purpose of contacting you regarding that enquiry. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties.

4. Your rights

Under the PDPA and the PDPO you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@amplifyasiapacific.org and we will reply within the time both laws require.
